The proceeds from the increase in rates, in addition to covering the extension of the offer, will go towards the maintenance costs of a huge area that is still in the process of discovery and ongoing maintenance.

The new tariffs include free access to the site for the duration of the ticket, maps and brochures, a horse ride from the entrance to the Siq, guided tours leave every half hour from 7 to 15.00 in English or Arabic on the main routes for all individual visitors.

The possibilities are indeed numerous: agriculture along the Jordan Valley, the olive harvest in Ajiloun, through the renovation of a school in a deprived suburb, to put their hands in the kitchen and prepare and mansaf abbey for a traditional wedding banquet.
